> Smart Card Systems
Smart card system becomes a fundamental element in security industry. We develop our own controller and reader in Mifare standard and Wiegand standard, so we can tailor-made the system and provide one-stop sevice to each client. Design, Installation and Maintenace is also provided by ourselves.
The smart card technology can be applied to different applications such as Access Control System, Time Attendance System, Visitor Control System, Lift Control System, Facility Booking System, Carpark Management System etc.
Here under are the main applications of smart card system.
Access Control System
Access control system is used to control and monitor entry inside residential building, commercial center, office, construction site or any closed area. The system can be operated with different kinds of smart card reader and card, such as Octopus card which is the most common card type in Hong Kong now. Moreover, the system can be applied on turnstile and car park. All access records can be exported to different kinds of reports if you need.
Time Attendnance System
Utilizing contactless smart card technology, this system is designed according to the user requirements from general offices and factories, which replace traditional Time Attendance Recorder. The system requires one computer and one smart card reader only and it can handle unlimited staff's records. Apart from recording the general personal information, the system can handle holidays, leave application and attendance records. All attendance records can be exported to different kinds of reports for analysis. Moreover, using smart card instead of using paper card can reduce monthly expenses and as well as a staff card.
Visitor Control System
This system is suitable for any areas to control the number of visitor for security purpose. All visitors must be registered first, including visitor's personal information and working location will be recorded. Each visitor will be given a visitor card and they can enter or leave the building many times before the expiry date. By using the system software, a list of visitors not leaving the building can be generated.
Lift Control System
By using smart card technology to control the lift and the number of visitors, which is suitable for commercial building. In order to reach the located floor, the user must use the registered smart card so as to control the lift. There are three kinds of options:
| OPTION 1 Lift calling |
Lift can only be used after presenting card. This is the most basic version for lift calling. |
| OPTION 2 Lift calling to reach the assigned floor |
The reader will be installed inside the lift car. After presenting card, the reader will re-call the information inside the card and indicate the lift to the certain floor. Therefore, the user can reach the floor without touching the lift floor panel. |
| OPTION 3 Lift calling to reach several floors |
The reader will be installed inside the lift car. After presenting card, the user can select any floor that is available to choose. It can control the use of lift and also give more options for user. This system is more suitable for commercial building to use. |
